Come for a ride

Bike SA's 2026 Gourmet Food & Wine Tour is a 9-day, fully supported cycling adventure through South Australia’s most iconic wine regions being the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, Clare Valley and McLaren Vale. Covering approximately 600km, this popular itinerary blends scenic riding with exceptional regional food, world-class wines and memorable local experiences. With carefully planned routes, comfortable camping, luggage transport, most meals included and a relaxed, social atmosphere, it’s no surprise this tour has sold out in the past. If you love great riding paired with great food and wine, this is a tour not to miss.

A really well-designed route with plenty of variety, minimal traffic, and just the right amount of elevation to keep things interesting without being too demanding. The Riverland hospitality was genuine and warm everywhere we went.

Riley
This was my first Bike SA tour and I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived. The ride leaders were patient, well prepared, and always checking in, and the safety briefings and support vehicles made me feel confident all week.
